Ingredients

  • 4 x 150 portions of duck
  • 400 gms. chicken breast
  • 300 gms. shrimps
  • 2 medium onions
  • 20 gms. thai herbs
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Deep Fried Duck with Minced Shrimps & Chicken

  • Chop all the ingredients finely and mix well together.
  • Spread the mixture onto a greased baking tray.
  • Cover with aluminium foil and steam in a pre-heated oven (medium hot) for 7 mins.
  • Cool and cut into small pieces.
  • Deep fry in oil and serve straight away.
