  • 1/2 liter - milk
  • 1/2 tsp - saffron
  • 1 tbsp - butter scotch milkshake mix
  • Sugar to taste
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1 tbsp - roasted and crushed cashews, almonds, pistachios
  • 1 tsp - raisins

How to Make Delicious Vermicelli Paayasam

  • Bring milk to a boil and then add all the ingredients.
  • Stir continuously and cook for 5-7 minutes.
