Now who wouldn’t love the crisp of spicy, tangy cauliflower as a snack to accompany a cup of steaming hot tea or coffee on a rainy day? Here’s how to make amazing Dhaba Style Gobi Manchurian!
Firstly, the cauliflower needs to be washed and cleaned in salt water, and then cut into smaller florets. Next, water needs to be boiled in a large vessel and the clean cauliflower florets need to be put into it. Strain them once they are boiled. Next, a mixture needs to be made with ¼ cup of water, pepper, salt, maida and corn flour.
The boiled, cooked florets need to be coated with this mixture and marinated for a while, and deep fried until they turn golden brown. For the sauce, fry green chillies, minced garlic, and onions until they turn brown in colour before adding the fried cauliflower, pepper, salt, vinegar, and soya sauce. Add spring onions and garnish with coriander. Serve hot!
