Ingredients

  • Doodhi - 1/2 kg
  • onion - 1 big
  • green chillies - 4 to 5
  • coriander - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
  • besan - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • rice flour - 2 to 3 spoons
  • rava - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • tumeric - 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • soda bi carb - 1 pinch
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to Make Dhoodhi Muthiya

  • Grate doodhi and remove water. Add chopped onion, green chilles, kothimber and smash the garlic, besan, rice flour, rava, 1 spoon sugar, salt turmeric, red chilli powder, a pinch of soda bi carb and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix all these ingredients and make a dough.
  • Then make small balls n flatten them on the palm n shallow fry them in a frying pan.
  • Fry till the sides are browned and crispy.
