Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - dondakaya
  • 3 - carrots
  • 8-9 - long green chillies
  • a small piece - tamarind
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • Salt
  • For seasoning:
  • 1 tsp - mustard, 1/2 tsp - jeera
  • A few - curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Dondakaya chutney

  • Cut dondakaya and carrot. Fry along with the green chillies till they become soft.
  • Put all the ingredients in the mixer, including salt, and grind it to a paste.
  • Heat oil and add the seasoning. Once they splutter, pour over the chutney and mix well.
