  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • Onion - 1, medium-sized
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Doodh Ka Salan

  • Heat ghee and fry the chopped onion until golden brown.
  • Add chilli powder and cook on low heat for a while.
  • Now add milk and salt and cook for a further 5-6 minutes.
  • Serve with roti.
