  • Dried prawns (small) - 1 cup
  • Tamarind paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut (grated) - 1cup
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Roasted red chillies - 2 to 3
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Dried Prawn Chammandi (chutney)

  • Fry the dried prawns in a dry pan on medium heat until crisp.
  • In a blender, grind the prawns with all the other ingredients (no need to add water).
  • Serve with rice and curd.
