Ingredients

  • Drumstick - 4 to 5
  • onions (large) - 3
  • green chillies - 2
  • lasoon - 8 to 10 pods
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves - few
  • oil - 6 to 7 tbsp
  • dhania powder - 1/2 tsp spoon
  • boiled cold milk - 1 cup
  • tomatoes - 2
  • salt to taste
  • For seasoning:
  • mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • jeera - 1tsp

How to Make Drumstick Curry with Milk

  • Heat pan, add oil and onions. Fry till golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes, lasoon, green chilli, turmeric powder and fry till oil separates.
  • Add drumstick, chilli powder and water till drumstick is cooked.
  • Add dhania powder and cook for 2 mins. In the end, Add milk.
  • Cook for more 5 to 6 mins and garnish with coriander.
