Ingredients

  • 1 cup - dry drumstick leaves (washed and chopped finely)
  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1 cup - jowari flour
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 5 to 6 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 tsp - coriander seed powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin seed powder
  • 1.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 - onion (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste

How to Make Drumstick Thalipeeth

  • Mix all the ingredients well, except the ghee.
  • Add sufficient water to make a stiff dough.
  • On a non-stick tawa, smear a little ghee and heat well.
  • On low flame, make small dosas and roast on both sides until golden, applying a little ghee when you flip the sides.
