Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 inch - ginger
  • 5 to 6 flakes - garlic
  • salt as required
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - butter

How to Make Dry Chicken Roast

  • Clean the chicken and to it add ginger-garlic paste and all the powders. Salt and marinate it for an hour.
  • Then pressure cook it for 5 minutes.
  • In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and butter, and then add chicken to it. Keep roasting till it is dry.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, onion, carrot and lemon. Tastes good with fried rice and vegetable noodles.
