  • 1 cup - cut up dates or apricots
  • 1 cup - chopped pecans, blanched almonds
  • 1 cup - powdered sugar
  • 1 - egg white

How to Make Dry Fruit Cookies

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Drop by teaspoonful.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes and cool.
  • Package in an airtight container.
