  • 50 g methi dal
  • 150 g red chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • A pinch of hing
  • 1 tsp - roasted sesame
  • 1 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - aamchur powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Dry methi chutney

  • Heat oil in a pan; roast the methi dal.
  • Then add the rest of ingredients and roast for 1 minute and powder.
  • Enjoy with pancake or any other dish.
