Ingredients

  • 2 tsp - chopped almonds
  • 2 tsp - sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp - coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 7 to 8 - black pepper corns
  • 1/2 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to serve
  • Crusty bread slices/pita to serve

How to Make Dukkah

  • Dry-roast all seeds together and grind them coarsely.
