Ingredients

  • 1kg - Minced meat
  • 3 tsp - Yogurt
  • 1 tsp - Red chillies
  • 1 small pinch Turmeric
  • Cilantro
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Garam masala:
  • (grind) 6 - small cardamom
  • 6 - black peppercorns
  • 4 - cloves
  • 1 - cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • oil

How to Make Dum Ka Keema

  • Marinate the meat with all the ingredients, garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of oil for half an hour.
  • Heat a skillet, add the minced meat with the marinade, and stir until the water dries up and the oil separates (15 minutes).
  • Serve hot with naan or rice.
