  • 1 mango (Big elongated raw)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • mint leaves - a few

How to Make Easy Aam Panna

  • Pressure cook mango and cool it.
  • Remove the skin, take out the flesh and transfer it to a bowl. Mash the pulp.
  • Add sugar, salt, black pepper powder and black salt. Add water and mix well.
  • Transfer the contents to a glass and top it with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and drink instantly.
