  • 4 - big potatoes.
  • 1/2 tsp - amchur.
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - black salt.
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder.
  • turmeric, a pinch.
  • 6 - green chillies.
  • oil for deep frying.

How to Make Easy Aloo Curry

  • Half boil the potatoes and cool them. Peel and cut them into desired shapes.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the chopped potato pieces in oil. Sprinkle all the masalas over the potatoes and mix well.
  • Slit the green chillies and deep fry in oil.
  • Add this to the potatoes and serve hot with rotis.
