  • 3-4 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - extra virgin olive oil/ corn oil
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - of chilli powder/paprika

How to Make Easy Aloo Jeera Fry

  • Steam 3-4 medium sized potatoes for 6 min in a microwave.
  • Remove the potatoes, peel them, and cut into small cubes.
  • In a pan add olive oil, potatoes, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika and salt.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes till potatoes become soft.
