Ingredients

  • Two small green apples
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar - 5 drops
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

How to Make Easy Apple Pickle

  • Cut apples into small pieces. Add red chilli powder and salt.
  • Take oil in a pan. Add mustard and heat till the seeds crackle.
  • Immediately kill the flame after adding fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder. Allow to cool and then pour oil on the apples.
  • Serve.
  • Store in fridge in an air-tight container.
