Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - tender thigh of lamb
  • 1/2 cup - ghee
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • 3 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - garam masala
  • 1 tbsp - black pepper
  • 1 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 7 pieces - cardamoms
  • 4 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp - powder of sauted onions
  • 8 - boiled and peeled almonds
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Easy Badam pasanda

  • Make deep incisions on the thigh of lamb.
  • Heat a pan and place the meat, add ghee, curd, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, black pepper, cumin seeds, cardamoms, garlic paste and powder of sauted onions to it. Mix them well.
  • Cover the pan and cook it for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish it with boiled and peeled almonds.
  • Serve it hot.
