  • 1 kg. prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. black pepper powder
  • Chilli powder
  • 100 gms. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Easy Batter Fried Prawns

  • Boil prawns with 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. chilli powder and 1 tsp. pepper. Drain.
  • Make a batter with the flour, eggs and enough water to make a thick consistency.
  • Dip each prawn in this batter and deep fry.
