Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beef
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard leaves
  • few curry leaves
  • Mix all these ingredients together and keep aside.
  • 2 - onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder crushed)
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Easy beef roast

  • Heat oil and saute the onions.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  • When the colour of onion changes to golden brown, reduce the flame and add all the powders and the marinated beef.
  • Cook till done by adding enough water and salt.
  • Splutter some mustard seeds and curry leaves in 1 tablespoon of oil and mix in.
  • Garnish with fried onion and serve.
