Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized - bell pepper (capsicum)
  • 1 tbsp - urad dhal
  • 4 - red chilli
  • 1 medium sized - onion
  • 2 - garlic
  • 4 to 5 strands - curry leaves
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - amchur powder
  • 1/4 cup - roasted gram

How to Make Easy Bell pepper chutney

  • Roast urad dhal in a pan with no oil.
  • In 1 tsp of oil, fry chillies, onion, garlic, ginger and curry leaves.
  • Later, add cut capsicum pieces and fry till it becomes soft and keep it aside.
  • In a mixie, grind these first - coriander bunch, amchur powder and salt.
  • Then add all the fried ingredients.
  • Finally, add roasted gram and grind it, add very little water if needed.
  • Then season with mustard seeds.
