Ingredients

  • 100 gm - oma podi
  • Sev 10 - small pooris
  • 2 - potato
  • 1/2 cup - Bengal gram
  • Puffed rice - 2 cups
  • Onions - 2
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup - raw mango pieces, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves

How to Make Easy Bhel Puri

  • Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
  • Boil the Bengal gram in a separate vessel.
  • Chop the onions and tomatoes finely.
  • Add in oma podi, sliced raw mango, mint chutney made of mint leaves.
  • In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, chopped onions and tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, mashed potatoes, small puris, cooked dal and mix well.
  • Add salt, mint chutney.
  • Mix well and serve.
