Ingredients

  • 1 cup - basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup - mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • 1.5 cups -water to cook
  • Salt as required

How to Make Easy Breezy Pulao

  • Wash the rice well and cook in a pressure cooker along with the mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, half tsp garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and water.
  • When the rice is done, add the remaining half tsp garam masala along with the ghee or butter and mix well.
  • Garnish the pulao with roasted cashews and mint or coriander.
