  • 1 cup - finely chopped capsicums
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped onions
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - sombu
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • Oil - To fry
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Easy Capsicum Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot add fennel.
  • Add chopped onions and fry till becomes golden colour.
  • Add chopped capsicums and all other ingredients.
  • Add little water if required.
  • Fry till the capsicum is cooked.
  • Mix with cooked rice.
  • Garnish with a squeeze of lime and finely cut coriander leaves.
