  • 5 - medium sized carrots
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup- cashewnut powder
  • 1 glass - milk

How to Make Easy Carrot Kheer

  • Grate the carrots and boil them in the milk until tender. Set aside for cooling.
  • Now grind the cashews into a fine powder and add all the other ingredients.
  • Add the ground ingredients to the boiled carrots and mix well.
  • Add some more milk or water for the desired consistency.
  • Serve chilled.
