  • 500 g - cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2-3 - medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp- cumin-coriander powder
  • 1 pinch - asafetida
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp - chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 large pinch - turmeric powder
  • salt
  • few - curry leaves (optional)
  • cilantro to garnish

How to Make Easy Cauliflower Curry

  • Make sure to break the cauliflower into small florets. Wash and clean them well.
  • In a skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil.
  • Add the cumin seeds; make sure they don't burn.
  • As soon as they become aromatic, add the spices, and tomatoes along with the salt.
  • Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Now add the florets and give it a good toss.
  • Close the lid, lower the heat to low-medium and let it cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft.
  • Add the cilantro and curry leaves (optional)
  • Serve hot.
