  • Self raising white flour - 250 g
  • Unsalted butter - 200 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Drinking chocolate powder- 100 g

How to Make Easy Chocolate Cookies

  • Beat the butter with sugar in a container.
  • Add self-raising flour and mix well. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • Punch down the dough and knead.
  • Divide into two. Form each part into a roll and refrigerate overnight, wrapped in a plastic wrap.
  • The next day, pre-heat an oven to 100 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  • Slice off the cookies and place on a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
