Ingredients

  • 2 - corn cobs, grated finely
  • 1 cup - beaten curd
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1-inch piece - ginger
  • 2-4 - green chillies
  • A few sprigs - coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder

How to Make Easy Corn and Curd Curry

  • Grind the chillies and ginger together.
  • Beat the curd with 1 cup water till smooth.
  • Heat 3 tbsps oil, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • When they stop spluttering, add the corn and fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Add all the spices, salt, and ginger-chilli paste and mix well.
  • Add the beaten curd, a little at a time, stirring constantly and lightly.
  • Cover and cook till the corn is well cooked.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
