  • 7 to 8 - mushrooms
  • 150g - maida
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 packet - Maggi Magic Masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - soda bicarb
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 cup - breadcrumbs
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Easy fried mushrooms

  • Mix all the ingredients (except mushroom, bread crumbs, and oil) and make a smooth paste.
  • Marinate the mushroom in the paste for some time, and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
