  • Cooked basmati rice - 2 cups
  • Red chillies (dry) - 4
  • Garlic - 6 pearls
  • Onion (big, chopped) - 1| | Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion - 1/2 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Easy Fried Rice with Veggies

  • Make a paste of red chillies and garlic in a mixie.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the ground paste and saute till the garlic is cooked.
  • Add chopped onion and saute for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Add green peas, salt and saute till the onion is fried.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve with veg kurma or onion raitha.
