  • 10 - gooseberries
  • 1 sprig - curry leaves
  • 10 - red chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of asafetida powder

How to Make Easy Gooseberry Chutney

  • Wash the goose berries, deseed and cut into small pieces.
  • In a blender, add red chilli, curry leaves, berries, salt and asafoetida. Add some water and grind well.
  • Serve with rice.
