Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Macaroni or Pasta
  • For grinding:
  • 1 cup - grated coconut
  • Green chillies - a few
  • Coriander leaves -2 sprig
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  • Onion - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • For tadka:
  • Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp.

How to Make Easy Green Macaroni Masala

  • Cook the macaroni in a vessel, with sufficient water till tender and drain the water.
  • Make a paste of the grated coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger and onion.
  • Add salt to the paste.
  • In a kadai, make a tadka of cumin seeds, mustard and urad dal with little oil. Add the above paste and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Then add the cooked macaroni and mix them all together, cook for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
