Ingredients

  • Coconut milk - 2 cups
  • Spices - bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 2
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Vegetables (optional) - potato, beans, carrots, peas, cauliflower
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Easy Korma

  • Heat oil and add spices. Fry onion and ginger-garlic paste. Add tomatoes; close and cook.
  • Add vegetables, salt, garam masala, and chilli powder, and fry them.
  • Pour coconut milk and boil uncovered for 3 minutes.
  • Add coriander leaves.
  • Serve with idly and puri.
