  • Lemons or Lime- 2
  • Salt- 3 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
  • For Seasoning:
  • Red Chillies - 1
  • Urad dal -1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  • Cumin Or Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Curry Patha leaves- 4
  • Coriander leaves some
  • Hing- 1 pinch

How to Make Easy Lemon Chutney

  • Squeeze juice from lemons and separate seeds from juice.
  • Add required salt and required chilli powder to lemons. Mix well.
  • Season with all the remaining ingredients . Tastes good with hot rice and ghee.
