  • olive or soya oil - 2 tsp
  • mint leaves - 2 cup
  • green chilies - 2
  • ginger - 1 piece
  • cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • low fat curds - ½ cup
  • chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to Make Easy Mint Chutney

  • Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • Add mint leaves and stir fry till fragrant.
  • Add chili, ginger and cumin seeds and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
