  • Peas - 1 cup
  • Fried paneer cubes - 20 pieces
  • Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  • Onions, finely chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Cilantro, finely chopped - 1 bunch
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp -
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter / Oil - 1.5 tbsp

How to Make Easy Mutter Paneer

  • Place a wok on medium hot stove. Add 1 tbsp of butter.
  • When it is hot enough, add the chopped onions and fry until they turn soft and golden brown in colour.
  • Then add the tomato puree and mix well.
  • Add garam masala and chilli powder and mix well.
  • Then remove the mixture from the stove and let it cool.
  • Put it in a blender, adding very little water and blend well to get an orange colour gravy.
  • Now taking the same wok, add a little more butter and jeera.
  • When jeera turns red, add the gravy and let it boil, then add the peas and paneer cubes and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste and garnish with cilantro.
  • Serve hot with any kind of roti or naan.
