Ingredients

  • 1 litre - water or vegetable stock
  • 200 g - egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger powder
  • 2 - green onions (greens and whites - diagonally sliced)
  • 1 - small sized onion (peeled and sliced to get thin rings)
  • 3 - thin lemon slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley leaves - a few

How to Make Easy-n-Fast Egg Noodle Soup

  • Boil water in a large vessel
  • Add the noodles and rest of the ingredients
  • Cook until the the noodles are done, for about 4 mins
  • Pour the soup in individual bowls
  • Garnish with chopped parsley leaves
