Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 kg.
  • Onion - 2, medium.
  • tomato - 2, medium.
  • pepper corn - 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger - 2 inch piece.
  • Garlic - 8 flakes.
  • Red chillies - 8.
  • Dhania powder - 1 tsp.
  • Cinnamon - 2 pieces.
  • Clove - 4.
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Curry leaves - 1 tbsp, chopped.
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp, chopped.
  • oil - 1/4 cup.
  • Salt - to taste.

How to Make Easy pepper Chicken

  • Clean and cut chicken, into medium pieces.
  • Chop tomatoes and onion finely.
  • Grind pepper corn, garlic, ginger, dhania and 1/2 tsp of chopped onion into a fine paste.
  • Marinate chicken, with the grounded masala for 45 minutes to 1 hour, adding salt.
  • Pressure cook the chicken, till it is 3/4th cooked.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, season with crushed spices.
  • Add chopped onion and saute, till golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook, till it becomes pulpy.
  • Then add cooked chicken in it and cook, till the gravy becomes thick.
  • Garnish with chopped, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot, with any kind of variety rice or Indian breads.
