  • 3 small - green chillies
  • 1 twig - curry leaves

How to Make Easy Potato Curry

  • Boil the potatoes with salt; peel and mash them.
  • Heat some oil, and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  • Add finely cut onions, and fry until the onions turn transparent.
  • Add some fine pieces of green chillies, potatoes, salt, and water.
  • This can be served along with poori, chapati, or dosa.
