Ingredients

  • 1 cup- Bombay rawa
  • 1 cup- rice flour
  • 1/4 cup- maida
  • 2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 stalks - finely chopped curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp -finely chopped coriander leaves
  • chopped green chillies as per your taste
  • salt

How to Make Easy Rawa Dosa

  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Heat the tawa and grease it with good amount of oil.
  • Before making the dosa stir the prepared mixture well.
  • Make the dosa as you would make the regular dosa.
  • Serve with ginger chutney/coconut chutney/pickles.
