  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence

  • Beat egg, sugar, and salt using an egg beater till fluffy.
  • Add maida and vanilla essence, and mix well.
  • Grease a nonstick pan and pour the mixture in it.
  • Pressure cook on a very low flame till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
