Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 cup - maida ( flour )
  • 5 - small onions
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tsp - Milk
  • Salt - a pinch
  • A pinch of soda bi-carbonate
  • 2 cups - water
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds | 1 cup - grated coconut

How to Make Egg and Milk Ada

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor.
  • Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Cook thin crepes with the batter, using a non stick pan.
  • Place the crepes inside out to get a polished looking Mutta paal aada.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of ground coconut over the crepe. Sprinkle sugar over the coconut to taste.
  • Roll tightly and serve hot or cold.
