Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - small tomato, chopped finely
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 - garlic flake, ground
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - milk

How to Make Egg Bhurjee

  • Beat the eggs well in a bowl
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Splutter cumin seeds
  • Fry onion till golden brown
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, simmer for a minute
  • Add tomatoes and simmer for 3 mins
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder
  • Mix well and keep for a minute
  • Add beaten egg and stir continuously
  • Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously, till set
  • Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves
