Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tbsp - chopped onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - chopped green chillies
  • 1 pinch - turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 1 tbsp - fresh tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • Paratha for rolls

How to Make Egg Bhurji Roll

  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chillies and tomato and fry a bit, till onion becomes golden brown
  • Beat the egg and pour it in the pan. Add the coriander, turmeric and salt.
  • Add ketchup and stir fry for 2-3 mins
  • Place the sabji on paratha and roll
