  • Egg - 6
  • Onion - 4
  • Tomato - 1
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Grated coconut - 2 tsp

How to Make Egg Curry(with Coconut)

  • Beat the eggs with 3/4th tsp of salt in a dish. Cover and place the dish in a cooker and cook for 15 mins without the weight.
  • When the egg is done, take the egg from the dish and cut into cubes of 1 cm length
  • Slice onions and tomatoes
  • Heat oil in a vessel and when the oil is hot, put ginger-garlic paste and onions into it and let fry till the onions are done
  • Add the coconut and fry
  • Add tomatoes and egg cubes and fry for about 3 mins
  • Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala
  • Pour 1/2 glass of water and cover the vessel with a lid. Let it cook for 5-7 mins.
  • Serve hot with rice
