Ingredients

  • 2 - egg
  • 2 - onion
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 1 - tomato (made into paste)
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • 6 slices - bread

How to Make Egg Pav Bhaji

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry onions till brown
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, tomato paste and curry leaves.
  • Add beaten egg, cinnamon powder and red chilli powder.
  • Keep stirring on a low flame till bhaji is cooked
  • Serve hot with bread
