  • Egg - 2
  • Onion - 50 g
  • Green chilli -1
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Coriander leaves -2 sprigs
  • Salt -to taste
  • Oil -5 g
  • Maida - 50 g
  • Rice flour -5 g
  • Oil - to fry and to coat

How to Make Egg Rolls

  • Hard boil eggs and remove the shell and chop it in to pieces
  • Chop onions, chilli, ginger and coriander leaves and saute in oil
  • Remove from flame, add salt and eggs
  • Prepare a dough with maida, salt and water and keep aside
  • Roll into large chapattis, smear oil and sprinkle some rice flour
  • Pleat them, then roll into a circle and then roll out into a thin round
  • Cut each into small squares, add some filling and close and seal the edges
  • Deep fry till done.
