Ingredients

  • Carrots - 150 g
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 1/3 cup
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped walnuts - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 1 tbsp melted
  • Soda - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Eggless Carrot Cake (Low Fat)

  • Grate the carrots.
  • Combine them with raisins, honey, butter, water, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Cook on a low flame for 10 minutes and cool
  • Add remaining ingredients and pour in a well greased loaf mould
  • Bake in a mode oven (160 degrees centigrade) till done, about 40 minutes
