  • 300 g - wheat or all purpose flour
  • 250 g - unsalted butter
  • 250 g - dark brown sugar
  • 200 g - dark cooking chocolate
  • 375 ml - lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp - baking soda

How to Make Eggless Dark Chocolate Cake

  • Through double boiler method, melt butter, chocolate, sugar and water. Allow it to cool completely.
  • Once it cools down, add flour and baking soda to it.
  • Don't over whisk it, but mix well so that there are no lumps.
  • Bake in the gas oven at 180 degree for 60 to 80 mins
